  Key responsibilities:

• Work in an interdisciplinary group to participate in complex transaction services assignments, mostly due diligence
• Analyze the financial position and performance of companies that are the targets of prospective transactions
• Participate in the preparation of work deliverables to clients

  Requirements:

• University degree (majoring in Finance is a plus) - graduate or last-year student
• Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
• Desire to learn and grow professionally
• Analytical skills, logical approach to problem solving, professional qualities
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to reach goals and meet deadlines
• Good oral and written communications skills, ability to work in team
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different projects, working hours and work environments

  The Internship lasts 3 months. Interns that receive favorable reviews on completion of their internship are offered full-time Consultant positions.
