Вакансія HR Specialist

Gameloft one of the largest international game development company, is looking for HR Specialist for its Kharkov HR Department.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leading the main HR procedures:
  • new employees’ induction, adaptation and probation period control;
  • organization of evaluation process;
  • employees’ performance tracking;
  • employees’ satisfaction management;
  • maintaining department reports;
• Organization of internal events (corporate events, team buildings, etc.);
• Organization of external events (job fairs in UNIs, company presentations etc.);
• Other tasks related to HR Department processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years in HR, or similar solid background;
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
• Great desire to work with people;
• Ability to handle multitasking efficiently;
• Event management experience will be a plus;
• High level of stress-resistance;
• Good spoken and written English (upper intermediate level) is required;
• Experience in IT industry is a plus, but not a must.
