Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Leadership Development Center Specialist to ensure and maintain processes and services within Leadership Development Center (LDC), support the effective environment for maintaining managerial staff pipeline and professional developing of employees of leading positions. Meet the tactical and operational goals set for LDC by the company. Follow the LDC processes, tools and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the LDC internal standards, the base of knowledge, and practice
  • Track, process and cover business needs with leadership development educational tools as an integral part of the corporate professional development
  • Maintain and continuously improve LDC services (training programs, educational projects etc.) to meet company need in developing managerial and leadership business skills
  • Support and apply the transparent and proactive approach to involving employees to Leadership Development Program (LDP), maintain collaboration and communication with stakeholders
  • Support LDC operational activities, constantly implementing new best practice and approaches to introduce them into LDC operational model
  • Apply and maintain LDC tools (process planning, analyzing information, enrollment participants, progress tracking, payment for LDC services, notifying students and stakeholders etc.)
  • Achieve defined goals and report their status to LDC Coordinator on a scheduled basis
  • Track metrics for measuring the effectiveness of LDC activities and contribution into the professional development of employees
  • Promote LDC internally and externally

Requirements:

Education -

  • Master degree and higher
  • Business & management education (Desirable)
  • Psychology and Pedagogy (Desirable)

Expert knowledge -

  • Understanding of software development company functioning
  • Understanding of SoftServe internal functioning
  • Understanding of general management
  • Understanding of corporate education and adults’ professional development

Skills & abilities -

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate and above
  • Knowledge of training methodology
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Self-management and self-confidence
  • Well self-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multitasking activities
  • Initiative, pro-active skills, and flexibility
  • Client orientation skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Experience -

  • Experience of working in the professional development area 1+ year
  • IT HR of 1 year+

Working conditions:

  • Fast processing of multiple tasks
  • Work on a regular basis
