• Project Description:

  We are looking for proactive UX Analyst / Designer to work on client experience / client onboarding web-application solution for one of major banks. We perform full development cycle of electronic workflow solution to process investment banking products. Flexible system for automation of key banking business processes built on top of BPM technology platform with implementation both end-user tasks as well as integration with multiple backend banking systems.Business analysis, technology and quality assurance teams are working together on delivery of global enterprise level business process management solution.

• Responsibilities:

  - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  - Create UX designs and UI mock-ups for client experience/client onboarding project in top financial institution;
  - Day to day work with client's stakeholder to gather requirements for user interfaces;
  - Work with distributed development teams to see and ensure your work come to life.

• Skills:

  - Three or more years of experience and proven track record.
  - Proven UI experience
  - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
  - BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
  - Strong analytical background and able to demonstrate it; technical background may be a good thing as well;
  - Strongly initiative and caring about projects;
  - Having experience with agile/lean UX and how to survive in this area as a designer (modular & iterative approach);
  - Understanding that you would not have one customer, rather many levels of them - from own team and managers to the final client (to meet both company and client goals);
  - Understanding business: experience in financial domain - with CRM, reporting systems, accounting systems, trading systems, banking etc. - the more the better;
  - Experience with both B2B and B2C solutions;
  - Able to work with multiple projects in parallel;
  - Able to prototype and show it on examples (axure/invison/marvel etc.);
  - Able and loving to create interfaces on a high quality level in any editor (sketch/photoshop);
  - Having experience in adaptive design solutions and mobile applications (native vs hybrid);
  - Able to cast ui creation task to developers properly;
  - Having experience working with distributed team; having experience to work with other designers in conjunction;
  - Understanding user testing technology, what "ux" is and what are the basics of design thinking;
  - Self-educative on continuous basis.
