About the customer

The customer is the world’s leading provider of customer service and contact center software, with more than 4,500 customers in 80 countries. Drawing on its more than 20 years of customer service innovation and experience.

About the project

We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our team on full-time basis. The project involves development of custom applications to handle the full range of work that arrives in a contact center. We are looking for high performers that consistently demonstrate an unusual level of commitment, competence and creativity. Your responsibilities will cover include design, development, implementation and testing of components that work within a larger product suite.

Responsibilities

• Supporting of existing functionality (fixing of found issues)
• Creating new functionality (implementing of improvements and new features)
• Creating of acceptance tests for new functionality
• Creating unit tests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing C# Desktop applications

Strong working knowledge of the following

• C# / WPF
• Developing with design patterns
• C# test automation frameworks such as nUnit, xUnit
• Experience with Source control such as GIT and Mercurial
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Experience with Agile methodology like Scrum
• Knowledge in continuous integration/continuous delivery
