Tasks:

• Maintenance of company’s clients
• Timely and quality problem-solving to preserve client loyalty
• Consultations with back-office developers over user problems
• Communications with users and readiness to act as a sales manager

Requirements:

• Intermediate level of English with the ability to conduct phone calls and business correspondence in this language
• Attention to details, high level of responsibility
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
• Stress resistance and ability to remain courteous with every type of customer characters
• Good communication skills (written and oral) and knowledge of phone conversation etiquette and rules of business correspondence
• Computerliteracy
