We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Lawyer to expand our legal team. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, consulting the employees on legal issues, as well as communicating with state entities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and proofread contracts and corporate documentation
• Provide legal consultations on request (mostly civil and labor law)
• Handle communications with state agencies (registrars, fiscal authorities) and notaries

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• English - intermediate and higher
• Experience in communication with state entities
• Be confident with MS Office application suite
• Be communicative and precise even in routine or repetitive tasks

As a plus

• Previous IT experience
