a company operating in the construction machinery sector, announces a competition for the vacant position Assistant Sales/Service Department

Requirements:

• University degree (Economics, Finances or Accounting is +)
• 3+ years’ experience (in heavy machinery industry +)
• Construction machinery sector knowledge is preferable
• Fluent oral and written English (+Deutsch is preferable)
• Confident user MS Office (1C, SAP is +)

Duties:

• Translating and handling communications with factories and other suppliers
• Parts order processing, shipment planning, shipping documents proofing, invoice translation (1C)
• Warranty processing and coordination with factories/suppliers
• Handling parts return; factory service billing
• Visit and travel coordination of international and own personnel
• Providing assistance with documentation and correspondence translation to related company employees
• Handling tenders and customer requests
